Ed is the Chief Financial Officer for Appareo. Ed has over 30 years of management experience in improving business processes and the reliability and timeliness of financial information in highly competitive environments, while serving as the Regional Controller, Controller and Chief Financial Officer of public and private companies in the financial services, software technology, consulting, private equity, banking, retail and restaurant services segments. Ed was previously the CFO of CornerPost Capital, LLC. In addition to being CFO of CornerPost, Ed was CFO of one of CornerPost’s portfolio companies, CPS Operations, LLC. Prior to joining CornerPost, Ed spent five years with Tatum LLC, a financial consulting firm, six years with Altius Capital, an investment banking firm, and five years as senior financial executive for software and technology companies. His most recent assignments included CFO of a large wind power generation company, controller of a $1 billion construction materials company, and controller of a distressed $250 million conglomerate.

He is a CPA, with an accounting degree from Winona State University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.
